Shipping & Returns

Orders

All domestic orders are sent untracked via Royal Mail. They will be well packaged and shipped next day within shop opening hours

All international orders are sent via courier and a tracking number will be provided to you.

If you have any questions or concerns over your shipping, would like to request tracked shipping within the UK or think you were under/overcharged, please get in touch at shop@welcomehomestore.co.uk.

Returns

You can return any purchase for an exchange or credit note within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition. 

Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene as well as candles & soap for obvious reasons.

All made to order products are also non-returnable.

If any order arrives with you damaged or faulty please let us know as soon as possible via email so that we can replace or refund you for the purchase once it has been returned to us.
